RETURN POLICY

ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE PRODUCT, YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN IT. REFUNDS SHALL BE REQUESTED VIA EMAIL (info@varela.store) WITH THE SUBJECT (RETURN + ORDER # ). ONCE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BACK IN PERFECT CONDITION WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND. INITIAL SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, AND THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS WILL HAVE TO BE COVERED BY THE CLIENT. 

REFUND WILL BE MADE USING THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD AS THE ORIGINAL TRANSACTION.

YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT WILL APPLY EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCTS RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITIONS AS RECEIVED.

 

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction. 

1-NO REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS USED BEYOND OPENING IT (HYGENIC REASONS)

2-NO REFUND FOR PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS PRIOR TO RECEIVING THE PRODUCT, MORE INFORMATION ABOUT PRE-ORDER POLICIES IN "SHIPMENT POLICY"

3-NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

4-ALL OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING / CONTENT FROM THE PACKAGE MUST BE SENT BACK TO MEET THE REFUND POLICY

5- IF YOU RECEIVE THE PRODUCT IN LESS THAN PERFECT CONDITION, PLEASE REFER TO US AT info@varela.store WITH PROOF AND WE WILL HELP YOU SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
